Lahey Clinic North Shore Launches New ER Campaign
Manasian, Inc. has launched a new advertising campaign for Lahey Clinic Medical Center, North Shore’s emergency department services. The campaign’s goal is to increase awareness of Lahey North’s extensive emergency room services and convenient location in Peabody, MA.

The campaign continues using the I Want Lahey, campaign theme established with the launch of the cancer awareness campaign in January 2010.
“Lahey North ER has the distinct advantage of having access to 39 specialties and on premise services including inpatient care. Most ER visits have to do with life’s mishaps, rather than just life threatening situations, so we tried to capture what can happen in everyday life – and when you need an ER room, Lahey North is an exceptional place located right in your area.” explains Jean Manasian, President.
In 2009, the ER was expanded and upgraded as part of Lahey’s 65,000-square foot facility and clinical services expansion. It was redesigned for better patient flow, with special emphasis on process improvement to handle patients with lesser acuity illness and injury.
Lahey has had the only Emergency Room in Peabody for more than a decade, a role that the Clinic is proud to fill. “Our Emergency Department is a great resource to people all over the North Shore,” says Robert Schneider, senior vice president. “It’s the closest ER for many area residents, and they come here with the assurance of Lahey Clinic’s exceptional patient care.”
The campaign consists of print advertising, inserts and cinema advertising running at theaters geographically close to the hospital.
