A new 151-room Hyatt Place hotel opened today in Richmond, VA. The Hyatt Place Richmond Airport, located at 4401 South Laburnum Avenue in the Shops at White Oak Village, is two miles from Richmond International Airport, which accommodated nearly 3.5 million passengers in 2008 and features a new terminal dedicated in 2007. LTD Management Company, LLC, based in Chesapeake, developed and will manage the hotel.
