Ridge Pioneers Are Now Horn Real Estate Group
First official residents of Snoqualmie Ridge offer residential home buying and selling services.

In 1998, the Valley Record nicknamed Gary and Kim Horn "The Ridge Pioneers" when they became the first official residents of Snoqualmie Ridge. Now, eight years later, Gary has joined local real estate brokerage, Maguire Hill Real Estate, to become Snoqualmie Valley’s newest real estate agent.
The Horn Real Estate Group offers residential real estate services to home buyers, sellers and investors. Gary brings twelve years of professional experience as a CPA and IT Project Manager to the real estate profession. He has been employed locally at Philips Oral Healthcare and T-Mobile in various capacities.
Horn Real Estate Group will donate 10 percent of every commission from the purchase or sale of a home to the Snoqualmie Valley Schools Foundation. "Home buyers and sellers can help enrich the educational experience of each child in our community by working with our team," Gary said.
