Ultra pure water manufacturer purchases assets of high quality tea company and opens plant in Bellevue, Washington.

Golden Moon Tea LLC, located in Bellevue Washington, will be operated as a division of Element H2O and will maintain the Golden Moon Tea brand identity and emphasis on quality.

The improved e-commerce site is scheduled to be functional by the end of April 2006.
