Talks between FLKI and military authorities proceeded while the process of product development progressed. The FLKI conception was finalized through the efforts of The Clean Plus® Strategic Research and Development unit in France who developed the product to effectively respond to the specific needs of the military.
First, the surface wipe was aimed at safeguarding military troops against disease, irritation, and even chemical hazards. Second, it was also meant to help in assisting emergency crews in cleanups from toxic accidents and environmental disasters.
