All Care Visiting Nurse Association Wins the Prestigious Pinnacle Award for the Fifth Consecutive Year

Profit home health care provider, All Care Visiting Nurse Association, located at 16 City Hall Square, has won the prestigious 2004 VNANE Pinnacle Award for Excellence in Patient Satisfaction among large home health care agencies in New England. All Care has now achieved this honor five years in a row, four times as the Pinnacle Award first place winner, and once as a runner-up.
In 2004, All Care VNA continued to rank in the top 15% of home care agencies nationally that participate in the PatStat, a benchmark system that utilizes data from patient satisfaction surveys to compare performance of agencies throughout the country. As a result, All Care won first place honors from The Visiting Nurse Associations of New England (VNANE), the largest group of home care organizations in the Northeast United States.
The Pinnacle Award was presented to All Care at the VNANE regional Massachusetts meeting, held at the Norwood VNA on May 27, 2005. "Our mission does not change with winning the award," said Marylin Murphy, Vice President of Clinical Services. Murphy received the Pinnacle Award along with Mary Butler, Associate Clinical Director and Cheryl Tarrant, VP of Operations.
