Parlin, New Jersey, August 21,2002 Introducing an exciting new site that is available as an aid to help people quit smoking. This is an international community with caring and supportive people in various stages of quitting smoking that will help people to reach their goal of a smoke free life. The site is designed and maintained by ex-smokers to help smokers quit and keep their quit. At this site you will read of the quit smoking journey and find the support and help you need for a successful quit. The strength of this site comes from the many people we have here banding together, sharing experiences and knowledge obtained as they journey through the quit process. At launch time we have 100+ journalists from all around the world.

We have theme days such as Sharing Tuesday and Wondering Wednesday - On Fridays we “shout” our stats loud and proud – This site is unique to the web in its layout, speed and ability for journalists to use html, personalize their journals, use of emoticons and access to a private chat room. It is a fun site to interact in and get help in the quit - It is a valuable tool in the quest to become smoke-free and healthier.

There is a FREE two-week trial period in which the journals can be tested out. There is a small fee after the trial period however no one will be turned away if they cannot afford it. We encourage all smokers and ex-smokers alike to join the site and check out what itÂ’s all about. Quitting can be difficult but far from impossible.
