The Complementary Health TV Series: Hosted by Lester J. Robinson III FICF, is a part of a new Western New York TV series on insurance and complementary health.
Bethany Halbreich of Bethany’s International Kitchen and Jennifer Giegel the owner of Quick Dish Kitchen, have talked and demonstrated healthy cooking. Bethany talked about the importance of eating healthy food. Jennifer Giegel, the owner of Quick Dish Kitchen, also talked about the importance of organic food in eating healthy. Exploring “Healthy cooking with Bethany’s International Kitchen” is just one episode of a 41-episode insurance series exploring complementary health topics ranging from the practical to the metaphysical. The ABC’s of Insurance Complementary Health Series is hosted by Lester J. Robinson and airs Tuesday June 14, at 8:30pm, Thursday June 9, at 6:30pm and Friday June 10, at 2:00pm on Niagara County’s LCTV Channel 20. The series also airs Wednesday June 8, at 10:35pm on Erie County’s Adelphia Channel 20.
In HalbreichÂ’s and GiegelÂ’s appearance in the series, they actually talk about the importance of eating and cooking healthy food. Jennifer explains how her business is working with people to develop healthy food menus and meals for their life style. Both guests talked about the importance of understanding the health benefit of what you eat.
