Chef Kost apprenticed in such Seattle landmarks as Andaluca at The Mayflower Park Hotel and Adriatica. He was Executive Chef at Cuizam! Cook and Carry Cuisine of Kirkland, Fischiare La Fermata of Bremerton, Place Pigalle and Leo Melina, both of Seattle. He is also an experienced caterer, cooking instructor, public demonstrator and restaurant consultant.
