NHC Group CEO, Paul Mirabelle announces National Hearing Care's proposal to buy Bay Audiology approved

Abano Healthcare shareholders have today approved the acquisition of Bay Audiology by National Hearing Care. Final completion of the transaction is expected to occur the first week of November.
