The Regal Awards are presented by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Delaware each year, and recognizes the outstanding accomplishments and creativity of Delaware-based builders and associate members statewide. The HBA/DE reviewed over 200 entries for 79 different categories for this yearÂ’s Regal Awards.
