Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Demands Federal Investigation Of Florida Homebuilders Colluding To Conceal Toxic Chinese Drywall In 2005-2006
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is demanding a United States Department of Justice criminal investigation of a major Florida homebuilding supply firm, a Chinese drywall manufacturer, and numerous major US homebuilders conspiring to conceal toxic Chinese drywall information from 1000's-to-perhaps 10,000's of Florida homeowners/families in 2005 & 2006. The group says,"we don't think its just Florida we are talking about either. We think the same types of collusion between homebuilders, and Chinese drywall makers was happening in Alabama, Louisiana, Southeast Texas, and Mississippi-its a small world, and they had to have known, as far back as 2005-2006, its now 2010." The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says,"and insurance companies should be included too-like no one in the insurance industry knew? AC coils were turning black, failing & homeowners were sick, and the insurance companies all of a sudden were having to pick up the tab on thousands of AC unit failures in Florida, and other US Southeast States, in 2005-2006." According the Americas Watchdog's Chinese Drywall Complaint Center, "we always knew that at some point in time it would be revealed, that major US homebuilders had colluded, and conspired with building supply firms, and manufacturers of toxic Chinese drywall to conceal the obvious from completely innocent US homeowners." They say, "we also always knew, there was no way possible homeowners in Florida, or other US Southeast states could be sick, they could be on their second, or third AC coil; and every executive in the Florida homebuilding, AC, mortgage banking, and insurance industries had amnesia about the realities of toxic Chinese drywall? Toxic Chinese drywall, US homebuilders, and their pals in the US Southeast-was always a house of cards." The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is now saying,"with the revelation that a major Florida homebuilding supply chain, along with a major manufacturer of toxic Chinese drywall, coupled with major US homebuilders all knew about the toxic Chinese drywall issue as far back as 2005, and failed to disclose this critical fact to 10,000's of completely innocent US homeowners, we are demanding the US Justice Department launch a major national criminal investigation into the issue-NOW." The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is also saying, "as long as we are at it, we are also demanding the Obama Administration bring in the IRS. Most of the workers who installed the toxic Chinese drywall in Florida, and other US States were undocumented, the major homebuilders knew it, and they created a phoney 1099 tax fraud scheme to not have to pay Federal taxes on these workers." No one has ever seen thousands of AC coils fail in a year-or less-but that's what was happening in Florida in 2005-or before & they had to have known it was the toxic Chinese drywall." The group says, "further, the US insurance, or banking sectors should not be allowed to weasel out of this mess. The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "as long as President Obama is at it; he should explain to the nation why the absolutely worthless US Consumer Products Safety Commission has failed to recall one sheet of toxic Chinese drywall."
