Bobbi Jo Swartz, a native of Red Hook, NY left when she was 19 and spent thirteen years in Arizona working towards a career in pet health and marketing. Ms. Swartz spent more than half her time in Arizona being a foster parent to abandoned, neglected and abused cats and dogs. She spent the other half working in marketing and product development.
