Squeamish Colorado Dental Patients Get Drilled By Self-Interested Regulators

Squeamish Colorado Dental Patients Get Drilled By Self-Interested Regulators

Colorado dental patients are being harmed by the very State regulators who are appointed by Governor Bill Ritter to protect them, a newly formed group, Holorado, contends. Self-interested Colorado regulators have "mile-highjacked the process" to place their own financial interests ahead of local citizens. Holorado is encouraging all dentists and their patients to attend a Colorado State Board of Dental Examiners meeting on July 9th to voice their dissatisfaction.

Denver, CO (PRWEB) June 17, 2009

Many Coloradoans who fear going to the dentist go less frequently and pay more than patients in most of the country, according to a group of angry patients and health professionals.

The protest group, Holorado (http://www. holorado. com), ranks Colorado near the bottom of the list of U. S. states that allow anxious or fearful patients to visit their preferred dentists and receive affordable, safe, effective oral conscious sedation.

"The Colorado State Board of Dental Examiners (CSBDE) is supposed to provide local residents 'open and safe access' to fear-reducing sedatives. But some self-interested regulators have mile-highjacked the process to redirect patients-in-need to them and other high-priced specialists," says a statement issued by Holorado.

The result is that Colorado residents are among those U. S. patients least able to avail themselves of anxiety-reducing methods that have been used safely by millions of patients outside the state and which conform to American Dental Association recommended guidelines, according to a state-by-state survey conducted by Holorado.

Worse, as Holorado points out, is the fact that some self-interested members of the CSBDE are now trying to push through even stricter regulations that Holorado believes will make it all but impossible for any general dentist in Colorado to provide the exact same safe and effective sedation care available in most of the country without an unreasonable investment of additional time and training expense. Such overregulation has not been proven to increase safety, but has been proven to create a barrier to access to care.

Although the details of CSBDE's newly proposed regulations are technical, Holorado contends the net result of the proposal - which will be the subject of a rulemaking hearing on July 9th in Denver - is that only expensive dental specialists will be allowed to provide even mild oral conscious sedation in the state.

That differs from the regulations in 39 other states (and all of Canada), where no negative public safety health consequences have arisen by permitting family dentists and neighborhood dentists - with extra, but not extreme additional training - to offer the popular methods of anxiety-reducing oral sedation.

"In fact, in those states that have embraced oral conscious sedation as a choice for high-anxiety patients, the number of adults who've returned to their family dentists after avoiding them for years actually has skyrocketed," notes Holorado.

Oral health is not only important for patients' comfort, appearance, and self-confidence; it has also been repeatedly demonstrated that poor oral health often contributes to other major health issues, including heart disease.

Holorado contends that the CSBDE's effort to tighten requirements in Colorado is driven primarily by specialists on the Board and in the Colorado dental community. These specialists are trying to keep the larger number of safe, family and neighborhood dentists from offering a less expensive, but equally effective (if not superior) alternative, Holorado says.

"In Colorado, the debate is not over patient safety," says a Holorado spokesperson, who notes there have been zero reports of dental patients harmed by trained dentists who adhere to the ADA's oral sedation guidelines. "Rather, this is about specialists who want to profit at the expense of Colorado patients and their perfectly capable preferred family dentists."

Holorado (http://www. holorado. com) is encouraging all dentists and their patients in the state - whether or not they wish to offer oral conscious sedation - to attend the July 9th CSBDE and stand up for the rights of patients to receive the broadest possible menu of safe, ADA-approved modalities.

Holorado, a movement formed earlier this year, represents Colorado patients, dentists, dental hygienists and other health care professionals who seek to call attention to the CSBDE's self-serving actions.

The CSBDE regulates dentistry in the state and licenses dentists. Members of the Board are appointed by Governor Bill Ritter, Jr.

ArtJen Announces Major Clinical Trial of its Patented Weight Loss Product FBCx

ArtJen Announces Major Clinical Trial of its Patented Weight Loss Product FBCx

ArtJen Complexus Holdings Corp. (www. fbcx. com) today announced that, following the exciting results of their clinical trial with obese type 2 diabetics and an animal study at the National Institutes of Health, FBCx is now being studied in the USA by a major west-coast university medical center. The largest study to date on the all natural soluble fiber that binds dietary fat will involve overweight but not obese individuals. FBCx has the unique ability to bind and remove nine times its own weight in dietary fat, essentially preventing 80 calories from being absorbed per tablet. Taken as directed, six tablets per day (two tablets of FBCx per fat-containing meal) are capable of removing about 50-60% of the calories from a typical North American diet. This facilitates a safe rate of decrease in body weight of about 1-1½ pounds per week.

Windsor, ON (PRWEB) September 20, 2007

ArtJen Complexus Holdings Corp. (http://www. fbcx. com (http://www. fbcx. com)) today announced that, following the very exciting results of their clinical trial with obese type 2 diabetics and an animal study at the National Institutes of Health, FBCx is now being studied in the USA by a major west-coast university medical center. The largest study to date on the all natural soluble fiber that binds dietary fat will involve overweight but not obese individuals.

"Our earlier study with obese, type 2 diabetics demonstrated significant weight loss when adjusted for changes in diet." said FBCx co-inventor, Dr. Catherine Jen. She continued, "It is time to now look at that segment of the population that is not obese but would benefit from losing 10-25 pounds."

"One of the things that we learned in the first study was that early intervention was very important for a successful outcome." Dr. Joseph Artiss, FBCx co-inventor, continued, "We expect that this study will show FBCx to be an easy and effective aid for losing weight and for lowering elevated levels of blood fats."

Previous FBCx studies have yielded extremely encouraging findings including:
FBCx is effective at reducing and/or maintaining body weight in patients with type 2 diabetes.  FBCx lowered both triglyceride and LDL (bad) cholesterol levels in those patients who began the study with elevated triglyceride levels.  Findings from blood work indicate an increase in insulin sensitivity and therefore a possible delay in the need to institute or the intensity of insulin therapy in type 2 diabetic patients.  FBCx was shown to bind and remove 9 times its own weight in dietary fat.  FBCx appears to preferentially bind saturated over unsaturated dietary fats.  FBCx produced no adverse side effects.

These findings and others have lead to FBCx being referred to as, "the other diet pill" and the "miracle weight loss" pill in media reports and by renowned members of the medical profession.

"We are so convinced of the efficacy of FBCx that we sought out and funded this major study ourselves," said Dr. Artiss. "We fully expect that this study will add considerable understanding and credibility to this amazing fiber."

"I have spent my entire career studying obesity and FBCx works where most others have failed to live up to their hype. We no longer wish to be referred to as 'the other diet pill'," stated Dr. Jen.

About ArtJen Complexus Holdings Corp.
The co-inventors of FBCx are Associate Professor of Pathology Joseph Artiss, Ph. D., FACB and K-L Catherine Jen, Ph. D., Professor and Chair of Nutrition and Food Science, both of Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.

ArtJen Complexus Holdings Corp. is the sole manufacturer of FBCx tablets, an all-natural, patented dietary fiber. FBCx has the very unique ability to bind and remove nine times its own weight in dietary fat, essentially preventing 80 calories from being absorbed per tablet. Taken as directed, six tablets per day (two tablets of FBCx per fat-containing meal) are capable of removing about 50-60% of the calories from a typical North American diet. This facilitates a safe rate of decrease in body weight of about 1-1½ pounds per week.

Diabetes Patient "Report Card" Wins Best Practices Award at the Diabetes Best Practices Website

Diabetes Patient "Report Card" Wins Best Practices Award at the Diabetes Best Practices Website

A "report card" issued to diabetes patients was selected as the best entry in a contest at an interactive website for clinicians working in the field of diabetes patient care.

Somerville, NJ (PRWEB) March 24, 2009

Getting patients to make the lifestyle changes necessary in managing diabetes is a challenge for clinicians, but Dr. Andrew W. Garner of Glens Falls, NewYork seems to have come up with a good idea to motivate his patients: a "report card" evaluating how well patients reach exercise, cholesterol, weight loss, and Glycosylated Hemoglobin targets.

Dr. Garner's submission of his "report card" method to the Diabetes Best Practices (http://www. diabetesbestpractices. com) Website was selected the best entry in the "Best Practices" contest by the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), who is the academic partner on the website.

"Patients need to understand that exercise and weight loss can make an important contribution in achieving glycemic control," explained Dr. Garner who has designed a patient report card in which weight loss and exercising goals are set up for the patients.

The report cards have been popular with the patients and clinicians alike. Dr. Garner emphasized that "patients can be motivated to do their part in managing the treatment of their illness in part by exercising and losing weight, by setting realistic goals and by consistent encouragement."

The card shows lab results for each particular patient and goals based on clinical guidelines are also included for review with the patient. Finally, an evaluation of the patient's progress in achieving the goal is reported as a "grade."

In addition to weight loss and exercise targets the report card also displays the guidelines from the National Cholesterol Education Panel (NCEP) as well as guidelines from the American Diabetes Association (ADA).

Dr. Garner's presentation, showing the report card and explaining how it can be used is available at the Diabetes Best Practices website, http://www. diabetesbestpractices. com (http://www. diabetesbestpractices. com).

In addition to Dr. Garner's report card, the site also features a discussion topic on its blog based on a new report in the Journal of the American Heart Association. The report, written by Dr. Jay Skyler and others, offers guidelines based on the results of the ACCORD, ADVANCE, UKPDS 80, and VADT studies which focus on the relationship of glycemic control and cardiovascular disease.

The report card is now available to download on the Diabetes Best Practices website. The Skyler report is now posted on the Best Practices BLOG.

The Diabetes Best Practices website is a collaborative project of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) and Embryon and is supported by an educational grant from sanofi-aventis U. S.

The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey is the nation's largest health sciences university. UMDNJ-Center for Continuing and Outreach Education (UMDNJ-CCOE) is the university's accrediting unit sponsoring national and international continuing medical education for a wide range of healthcare professionals.

Embryon is a medical communications provider to the pharmaceutical industry.

New Nonfiction Proves Power of Faith in God

New Nonfiction Proves Power of Faith in God

Childhood has a lasting impact as it turns into adolescence and then adulthood, and the experiences of our early years often shape us for a lifetime. Shreveport, LA (Vocus) August 18, 2010

Childhood has a lasting impact as it turns into adolescence and then adulthood, and the experiences of our early years often shape us for a lifetime. In some circumstances, we are forced to rise above trauma and abuse, making a vow to stop the cycle and emerge on the other side a compassionate, well-adjusted adult. In her unique new book, Storms…in Our Lives: How God Brought Us Through (published by iUniverse), Hannah T. Merritt offers readers a combination of historical events, personal real-life experiences and biblical encouragement to convey how God has a plan for all of us even when things are at their bleakest.

In what the author calls “a testimony of God’s grace and mercy towards a Southern family struggling to survive hardships of negligence, abuse and forced labor,” Storms…in Our Lives takes readers back to Wilson, Ark., in the early 1950s, where Merritt and her family relocated from Grand Bayou, La. The family lived in a small house, a situation made even more tense by her father’s violent, volatile temper.

Deprived of a formal education and forced to work long hours picking cotton for her father, Merritt candidly shares the details of a grim childhood in a chapter titled, “Living With Dad Was Hard”:

Dad was so cruel. He showed no concern for his children and he caused us to be troubled. He did not demonstrate love at home. He even took our mother’s money. That was disrespectful of her rights. Dad seemed to think we had no rights. After all, we worked and he took the money and used it as he pleased. It appeared that we were to obey his orders at all times, and we were not allowed to make mistakes. Children should be taught to work, but they should not be forced to earn a living for the family rather than get an education. Dad did not set a good example of a father. Scripture says Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6 (KJV)

Rather than let her tribulations bring her down, Merritt took inspiration from her mother and learned to give her life over to God. Despite enduring years of abuse, she is able to look at life as a gift. Take inspiration from her courage in the pages of Storms…in Our Lives.

Improving Patient Care in the NHS Using NLP

Improving Patient Care in the NHS Using NLP

The National Health Service in the United Kingdom is making a significant effort to improve patient care. Phil Morley, Account Director for the performance support team in the NHS is using NLP techniques to help Chief Executives in the NHS meet and exceed their performance targets and improve patient care.

(PRWEB) March 23, 2005

Focusing on providing a better health service is an ongoing objective in the NHS. This includes improving access to the correct service at the right time and place, upgrading the patient experience, respecting the patient’s dignity, improving the overall quality of services and setting realistic performance targets. This is a significant challenge within a period of rising patient expectations and limited budgets.

Phil Morley is Account Director for the performance support team in the NHS. He and his team are responsible for providing support and interventions to all the Chief Executives of Health Organisations who have not reached their performance targets. He is keen that the goal of improving ‘patient care’ is at the forefront of meeting performance targets.

He approached PPI Business NLP, a bespoke provider of training specializing in problem solving, communication and widening peoples’ understanding and horizons. He felt that NLP would enable him to give a extensive tool-set to his Chief Executives as to how they could meet and exceed their targets. The NHS funded Phil to complete his NLP practitioner and master practitioner accreditation.

Phil discovered that he is now in a position to offer his NHS clients a more extensive tool set to achieve their targets. He is able to provide useful suggestions on relationships and behaviour as well as process, systems and strategy. Having studied NLP his listening skills improved. “I now listen with my eyes as well as my ears, it makes a tremendous difference to my effectiveness” confirmed Phil. “I am able to use language and questions to interrupt and expand peoples thinking. It’s all surprisingly easy”

Specific NLP techniques that Phil found particularly useful were state, anchoring and logical levels. State is where you consider the best emotional and physical state to access for any intervention, anchoring enables you to access that state at the appropriate time. Logical levels is an approach that enables the client to consider the impact and dependency of the environment, behaviour, skill level, beliefs and individuals identity on any suggested change.

Phil chose PPI’s modular training because the company came personally recommended and he appreciated their exploratory approach – explore different options and find out what works. He also liked the company’s unique business and organisation background and that their seminars were accredited by Richard Bandler.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) was introduced by Richard Bandler and John Grinder as a tool for personal development 30 years ago. It is continually assessing and developing frameworks for understanding attitudes, it models successful performers and provides techniques for improving thought processes and communications skills. Business NLP draws on these studies which can be used in different environments.

Clients of PPI Business NLP include Abbey, Accenture, ACCA, Argos, AstraZeneca, Barclay’s, Birmingham University, BT, BAe, Centrica, ODPM, the PM’s Strategy Office as well as the main public services.

PPI's website www. ppimk. com has had over 380,000 hits over the last four years demonstrating the interest in Business NLP. Further news releases are available from www. nlp-pr. co. uk.

Their monthly newsletter from www. nlp-newsletters. co. uk goes out to over 3000 subscriber’s world wide. Their Business NLP blogs can be assessed from www. nlp-blog. co. uk

They will be running their NLP business practitioner seminar in California in the fall of 2005 www. ppi-nlp. com.

Protector Gives Golfers Advantage in Retaining Driver Value

Protector Gives Golfers Advantage in Retaining Driver Value

Protective revolutionary polyurethane tape adheres to the top of golf drivers and protects against scars and scuffs that undermine the value of the investment and therefore keeps driver depreciation to a minimum

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) July 3, 2004

Were it not for a simple trip to purchase a sports utility vehicle, Leroy Collyear, a regional broker manager for a major consumer healthcare company, may have never stumbled upon the idea. As the salesman described a new transparent polyurethane that protects them from the damages of small rocks and debris, Collyear found himself asking, "Why wouldn't something like this work on golf clubs?"

Two and a half years later that idea has come to fruition with Pop-Up Protector (PUP), a revolutionary polyurethane tape adheres to the top of golf drivers and protects against scars and scuffs that undermine the value of the investment. "When I was told that my new Titleist driver had lost a third of its value because of those marks, I knew there was an opportunity out here," said Collyear.

Collyear's initial search revolved around several key criteria, namely the product had to be durable and transparent, lightweight and easily applied. PUP achieves this with a glossy, transparent, thermoplastic elastomer that is only.15mm thick and weighs.02oz. "Most of the products existing in the marketplace are made of vinyl, but PUP's Teflon inspired coating and transparency give it a decided edge," said Collyear.

Though the material is flexible when applied, after the requisite eight-hour set-up, the product hardens on the club creating a surface that cannot be penetrated. And yet, PUP can be removed and reapplied many times. While the main goal of PUP is to protect the driver, the manufacturer, Cut Craft, creates additional shapes for all metal woods.

The success of PUP has been apparent as many of golf's largest retailers have purchased the product, including D/FW Edwin Watts Stores, D/FW Golf Etc. Stores, Roger Dunn Stores in Santa Ana Ca., select Golfsmith outlets(demo club use), Extreme Golf and Tennis in Atlanta, select On The Green stores and all Wally's Discount Stores. We are in the process of providing Cleveland Golf commercial rolls to protect their clubs during their demo day programs. Additionally, several local golf courses have purchased the product for their rental sets.

Deco-Leco, a limited liability company formed in 2003, is located in a suburb of Dallas, Texas. The company's goal is to design, manufacture, and distribute golf products that allow the golfer to enjoy the game without worrying about the risk of depreciation.

Look for Deco-Leco products wherever fine golf accessories are sold. www. pupgolf. com

Stoller Features New Seed Treatment at Commodity Classic

Stoller Features New Seed Treatment at Commodity Classic

Corn, soybean, wheat and sorghum growers will have an opportunity to listen to Stoller's mini "What is New" (WIN) presentation on how an inexpensive seed treatment can increase ROI as much as 10 times. And real farmers who have used Stoller products will be on hand to talk with in Anaheim, California.

Houston, TX (PRWEB) February 18, 2010

StollerUSA is heading to the Golden State for the 15th annual Commodity Classic to be held March 4-6 in Anaheim, California.

An educational event put on by the American Soybean Association and National Corn Growers Association, Commodity Classic offers farmers from across the country information on new products and new farming strategies.

StollerUSA, the leader in helping farmers maximize the genetic potential of their crops and getting the most out of their micronutrients, will be at booth 1226. There visitors will find new product and application information, get a chance to win an iPod, and have conversations with real farmers who have experienced real results using Stoller’s innovative technologies.

StollerUSA has been selected to present in the mini “What Is New" (WIN) presentation product forum - an educational session showcasing new innovations and services critical to agriculture’s future. Jeff Morgan, StollerUSA Marketing Director, will introduce the new seed application of their flagship product: Bio-Forge®.

“Bio-Forge is a powerful tool which helps growers get the most from their expensive seed investment by maintaining an optimal and healthy hormone balance in plants,” explains Jerry Stoller, CEO of StollerUSA. “What farmers have discovered is the sooner they can expose the plant/seed to Bio-Forge, the greater positive impact it will have on their yields - which translates into more bushels/acre at the end of the season. We are grateful for the chance to present this technology to the farmers at this venue - where so many farmers can benefit from this information.”

Bio-Forge is a proven yield enhancer that has been used for years as a foliar or in furrow treatment. In 2009, with the increasing emphasis on efficiencies and return-on-investment, farmers experimented with Bio-Forge as a seed treatment and the product earned new respect. Just 4 oz. per cwt of seed and farmers report yield increases from 10% to 25%. In addition to grower field trials, several independent university studies confirmed what farmers experienced.

StollerUSA is dedicated to helping producers enhance their crops by maximizing genetic expression. The result is in enhanced marketable yield, resistance to insects, nematodes and disease, while maximizing return-on-investment. Stoller products are proven to ensure optimum plant growth by maintaining appropriate hormone balance in combination with supporting nutrients, resulting in healthier, more productive crops that are better able to withstand stress and achieve their full genetic potential.

In agribusiness for more than 40 years, StollerUSA markets a full line of products to help farmers increase crop yield and quality. StollerUSA, headquartered in Houston, is actively researching and developing plant performance products in more than 50 countries. For more information on StollerUSA, visit www. StollerUSA. com.

Rochester, MN (PRWEB) June 13, 2007

MayoClinic. com is offering a new alcohol self-assessment tool (http://www. mayoclinic. com/health/alcohol-use/MH00123) to help people become better informed about their drinking habits. While the assessment can't diagnose an alcohol abuse problem, it can provide an understanding of alcohol consumption and information related to treatment.

This new assessment tool asks 12 questions about alcohol usage to estimate the person's risk of addiction and alcohol abuse. According to the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, almost 18 million Americans abuse alcohol. Each year more than 100,000 Americans die of alcohol-related causes. Alcohol is a factor in nearly half of all U. S. traffic deaths.

Alcoholism (http://www. mayoclinic. com/health/alcoholism/DS00340) and alcohol abuse can also cause major social, economic and public health problems. Various treatments are available, and self-help groups can provide ongoing support for people recovering from alcoholism.

For those who suspect or know they have an alcohol abuse or addiction problem, here are five tips to get started on dealing with it:
Talk honestly with health care professionals about drinking habits  Get support from loved ones  Recognize the thoughts and emotions experienced when drinking  Be aware of situations that make individuals want to drink  Explore the benefits of reduced drinking For more information about addiction and substance abuse, visit www. Barriers to Saving Increase as Personal Debt Continues to Rise

Barriers to Saving Increase as Personal Debt Continues to Rise

The percentage of Brits who say they have no money to save increased from 50% in 2008 to 85% in 2009. Daily cost of living is biggest barrier to saving, Burden of debt has increased - 42% cite it as a barrier to saving (up 10% from 2008), 31% with no money to save say high taxes is a contributor to this

Edinburgh, Scotland (PRWEB) June 13, 2009

Research from the third annual Scottish Widows Savings and Investment (http://www. scottishwidows. co. uk/investments/index. html) Report reveals the nation's savings behaviour is being severely affected by this year's unprecedented economic environment. Over four out of five (85%) Brits say having no money is a major barrier to saving. This figure has increased significantly since last year, when only half (50%) of Brits stated having no money was a major barrier to saving; a clear symptom of the increasing pressure on the nation's finances in the recession.

For those who say having no money is a major barrier to saving, the biggest obstacle is the daily cost of living, as 75% believe this is a particular barrier for them. Daily living costs has seen a big increase since last year in contributing to Brits having no money to save; 67% cited this as a particular barrier in 2008. The burden of debt on people's pockets continues to impact as well, with 42% citing it as a barrier to saving this year compared to 32% last year.

Anne Young a Savings expert at Scottish Widows comments: "The rise in the number of people saying they have no money to save is alarming. It has become more of a priority for people to reduce their current debts and simply get by on a day to day basis rather than saving for their futures. However while paying off debts should still be a priority, in climates like these, it is important to save even a small amount now to get into a saving habit and build up some capital. And we should all regularly review what we are doing as our ability to pay debts and save can change."

For those who have no money to save, almost a third (31%) say high taxes are a factor that prevents them from saving. Half (50%) of all respondents believe they would be encouraged to save, or begin saving if there were tax relief on all their savings. As well as having no money to save, Brits feel savings and investing is a complicated issue, as 13 % said difficulty in understanding how to go about saving or investing stops them from doing so. This figure rose to 19% amongst those aged 18-24, showing the younger generation need the most help when it comes to understanding savings.

Anne Young continues: "There is a need to encourage and educate people to put money aside for their future, even when they think they can't afford it, or don't understand how to do it. It was announced in the Budget that the Individual Savings Account (ISA) limit is set to rise to £10,200 from October this year for those in their 50s and over and from 6 April 2010 for the rest of the nation. This is a positive encouragement to savers and will go some way to help those who are struggling to get investment returns in the current environment But as our research has shown, people need to better understand these savings vehicles, and particularly the potential tax benefits. And although the current economic and financial climate has raised the profile of the need to prepare adequately for the future, the Government and the industry must grasp the opportunity to inform and educate people as to the most appropriate way to save and invest."

Scottish Widows was founded in 1815 as Scotland's first mutual life office. Self-Help Millionaire Reveals How To Sleep Your Way To Success: New Software Retrains Mind While Body Rests

Self-Help Millionaire Reveals How To Sleep Your Way To Success: New Software Retrains Mind While Body Rests

Author and inventor Wendy Robbins self-help software helps “sleep learners” bypass the conscious mind and wire in new thoughts that empower courage, power, focus, intention, commitment, and desire.

(PRWEB) December 15, 2005

Author and inventor Wendy Robbins puts the word “earning” in sleep learning. How valuable will it be to effortlessly have everything you desire? Is it really possible you can go to sleep, re-program your brain, and become a millionaire? Yes, and Robbins is living proof. “Why not use that juicy, vulnerable, open and willing part of ourselves to re-connect new circuits where we choose to be more divine” opined Robbins. http://www. nowheretomillionaire. com/sleep (http://www. nowheretomillionaire. com/sleep)

Robbins new self help CD and software product, “Sleep Your Way To Success” reprograms a person’s own “bio-computer” with new, more empowering content. The Three CD's (appropriately titled “Be,” “Do” and “Have”) have inspired thousands to create more money, love, health, and passion in their lives.

Robbins self help software, created with hypno-therapist Deborah Friedman, helps “sleep learners” bypass the conscious mind (which fights for limitations and uses old reference points like past experiences) and instead speaks directly to the sub-conscious whose sole role is to obey our thoughts. http://www. nowheretomillionaire. com/sleep (http://www. nowheretomillionaire. com/sleep)

Wendy Robbins knows a thing or two about mind shifts and millions. She went from $10,000 credit card debt to make millions with her business partner from “The Tingler” head massager.

Now, Robbins focus is the inner secrets to millionaire success. As Robbins shared, “We are constantly manufacturing reality - we are making our lives up. So since we sleep a third of our lives –why not make up a reality that really serves our highest purpose?

“Sleep Your Way To Success” is an innovative, self help CD learning system that lets anyone wire in new thoughts that you can believe in and act on for greater courage, power, focus, intention, commitment, and desire. Beatsuite. com Launches Podcast Digital

Beatsuite. com Launches Podcast Digital

A new service aimed at enabling companies to utilise the growing phenomenon of podcasting as part of their marketing and communications activities has been launched by the owner of http://www. beatsuite. com, Steve Bainbridge.

(PRWEB) May 19, 2006

Podcast Digital is believed to be the first company in the North East to offer companies a complete podcast service - from on-site recording, sound mixing, editing, podcast creation, publishing, submission and even podcast hosting.

Steve Bainbridge, Managing Director, says, “Podcasting is becoming an integral and accepted part of the marketing mix and companies large and small are utilising it as an effective communications mechanism.”

“A podcast is an audio file that can be downloaded from the Internet which can also contain images, links and even video footage. Podcast’s are a way of subscribing to audio content and once you have downloaded a podcast you can be automatically notified when a new episode is available. They are free to download. All you need is iTunes software - which is free to download for Mac and PC.”

“We think our service is the first of its type to offer the full range of podcast services.”

Already Podcast Digital has been used by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) to podcast a series of guest speakers from their annual symposium.

Vicki Jackson-Hopps, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, explains, “We don’t always use such new technology but we thought that podcasting the CIEH Symposium was a great idea. Anyone who missed the event can now download the podcast and listen again to the speakers. The great thing is that each Podcast contains links to websites and you can even download the PowerPoint presentation of the guest speakers as they talk! Our members have been very happy with the podcasts and it is something we will be sure to expand upon. There are six episodes of our podcast currently online so please download them and take a listen.”

Steve adds, “As you can see, podcasts are proving effective for a broad range of companies both new and established. This is because it is a fantastic platform for broadcasting information to users. We have recently seen the BBC begin trials of podcast that range from radio shows, movie reviews through to news reports and topical affairs.”
