Comprehensive resource includes advice and articles on breaking into the fashion industry.

Seattle, WA (PRWEB) January 10, 2007

Today, All Art Schools (www. allartschools. com) announced the release of a new online resource for students interested in pursuing careers in fashion merchandising, fashion design and fashion photography. The new Fashion Design School and Career Guide can be found at http://www. allartschools. com/faqs/fashion-design. php (http://www. allartschools. com/faqs/fashion-design. php).

It's difficult to ignore the public's growing fascination with the fashion industry. Makeover shows, such as TLC's long-running What Not to Wear, have a faithful following, and more recent shows, such as Bravo's Project Runway, gather new fans with every subsequent episode. Top models like Heidi Klum and Tyra Banks have added "Reality TV Host" to their résumés -- and Americans can't get enough.

Beautiful, glamorous and sometimes scandalous, the fashion world is nothing if not intriguing. It's not surprising, then, that student interest in fashion design schools (http://www. allartschools. com/featured/fashion/) and fashion programs is increasing. Yet navigating the early phases of a career in this tough field can be tricky. All Art School's new Fashion Design School and Career Guide is aimed at helping students do just that.

From providing tips for fashion design careers to salary information, the new Fashion Design School and Career Guide offers help to aspiring designers, whether they are looking for the right fashion school or deciding to focus their career on a fashion specialty. Students interested in reading industry insider interviews can also find advice from fashion business experts.

"Working with art schools and students, we recognized the need for an up-to-date, comprehensive resource for aspiring fashion professionals," says Mindy Shaw, product manager for All Art Schools. "By providing useful content about fashion careers, we hope to better meet our goals of helping students make smart decisions about their education and future careers, and connecting these knowledgeable students with the fashion schools that will best meet their needs."

The Fashion Design School and Career Guide also provides guidance for students who are interested in fashion, but don't want to design. Fashion merchandising (http://www. allartschools. com/faqs/fashion-merchandising-job. php), fashion photography (http://www. allartschools. com/faqs/fashion-photography-job. php) and fashion styling (http://www. allartschools. com/faqs/fashion-stylist-job. php) are popular careers that are also covered in the Resource Center.

Doctor’s Trust Vitamins Launches New Website; Popular E-Commerce Site Now Is Offering 40-80% off all Supplements, as well as a Health Advisory Board Resource to Consumers

After much anticipation by customers, Doctor’s Trust Vitamins launched a new website that is easier to navigate and to search for products. The below - wholesale prices on Vitamins, Supplements, and Herbs at DoctorsTrust. com are attracting new customers from other vitamin retailers and drugstores.

Orlando, FL (Doctor’s Trust Vitamins) November 01, 2005 – Studies show that people of all ages are interested in learning about their health and the role vitamins and supplements play in it. In the past, traditional health food stores have been a key destination for vitamin purchases. But with the advent of the web, online vitamin websites that carry the most popular supplements such as Glucosamine (http://www. doctorstrust. com/find/glucosamine. html), Policosanol (http://www. doctorstrust. com/find/Policosanol. html), and Alpha Lipoic Acid (http://www. doctorstrust. com/find/Alpha+Lipoic+Acid. html) have been steadily gaining market share. The launch of the new Doctor’s Trust Vitamins state of the art website was much anticipated by a growing market and their interest in studying and buying vitamins and supplements over the web.

A majority of the general public has discovered the convenience, accessibility, and large amount of information available on e-commerce websites. With its new website, Doctor’s Trust Vitamins provides online features that are frequently requested by its customers. Features such as the Health Advisory Board allow the public to ask questions and receive answers from a panel of health experts. The Health Breakthrough section provides cutting edge articles on health and natural supplement-related research.

By far the most popular section of the site is Warehouse Specials (http://www. doctorstrust. com/clearance. html)—a section dedicated to the most heavily discounted vitamins and supplements (http://www. doctorstrust. com/). Those who want to receive coupons and sale notices can sign up to be on the Email Mailing List. Many customers also sign up for the Free Health Newsletter, a monthly email containing the latest health updates.

“Doctor’s Trust web customers are very savvy. They enjoy the convenience of using the web to compare prices using the very available search engines and shopping sites,” said Andrew Goldstein, President of Doctor’s Trust Vitamins. “They tell us they buy from us because we have the lowest prices and the best service they can find. And we are not just getting our customers from the web. Many of our customers tell us they have stopped buying vitamins from their local supermarkets, health food stores, and drugstores because the selection, convenience and savings on www. DoctorsTrust. com (http://www. doctorstrust. com/) are so dramatically better.”

But is what you buy on the web the same quality as what you get from your local store? Andrew Goldstein explains, “In addition to offering heavy discounts on thousands of supplements from top national brands, Doctor’s Trust Vitamins also carries its own private label products (http://www. doctorstrust. com/). Each ingredient is individually tested for quality, freshness, potency and purity. All of the products meet or exceed the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) standard manufacturing guidelines.

Multiple Products Line Introduces New Plant Drain-Off Patio Protector

Fresno, CA USA (PRWEB)October 14, 2003 - DRAIN-OFF patio protector catches potted plant drip water to keep patios, wood decks and walkways dry and stain free. DRAIN-OFF patio protector also provide conditions necessary to keep potted plants healthy, presentable, and safe from hazardous planter drip water.

The results include no more wet, stained, patios or wood decks from potted plant drip water. Eliminate potted plant drip water to help prevent West Niles Virus. NEW! There is no other product like this on the market. Features: Eliminates patio or pool deck stains caused by planter drip water: All drip water drains off immediately as it drops into the drip tray: No drip water left to stagnate and breed harmful bacteria: Plant roots no longer stand in drip water:

DRAIN-OFF patio protectors have a concave bottom to force excess drain water to the inside perimeter of the tray where the water drains out through a 1/2 inch round drain spout. The spout extends outward from the outside bottom edge of the tray where a nylon tube is attached to carry drip water to a flowerbed or yard area, leaving patio surfaces clean and dry.

Inside the round saucer are three raised ridges in a pie-shaped arrangement. The ridges are elevated in height extending from the center of the drip tray to near the inside wall of the tray. The ridges are left away from the inside wall to assure that drip water reaches the drain spout. Additionally, the raised ridges keep smaller pots, ones that sit inside the drip tray, elevated above the concave bottom keeping the pot from resting on the high center of the tray.

The outside bottom of the drip tray has broken 1/8 inch high raised ridges that encircles the perimeter to hold the tray elevated off the patio surface. The 1/8" raised ridges leaves a space under the tray for cleaning purposes. The broken ridges allows hose water to flush debris from underneath the tray. Also, air space underneath the tray assures that excess water quickly dries off to eliminate mold and other bacteria.

DRAIN-OFF patio protector will accommodate any size planter. Small pots rest on the raised ridges inside the tray and larger pots will sit on top of the drip tray. For over-sized planters, such as those with small trees, etc., place pot elevator feet under the outside bottom perimeter of the planter and slide DRAIN-OFF patio protector underneath to catch and drain off drip water. DRAIN-OFF patio protectors are only 1" in height, they are shrunk wrapped and a 12" nylon drain tube is included inside the package.

PixAlert Introduces PixAlert Enterprise for the Healthcare Industry

PixAlert Introduces PixAlert Enterprise for the Healthcare Industry

PixAlert, the first software supplier to protect firmsÂ’ PCs from inappropriate and illegal images originating from any source, today announced PixAlert Enterprise for the Healthcare Industry.

New Orleans, LA (PRWEB) April 30, 2005

Health Care Compliance Conference--April 17, 2005 — PixAlert, the first software supplier to protect firms’ PCs from inappropriate and illegal images originating from any source, today announced PixAlert Enterprise for the Healthcare Industry.

Illegal or inappropriate images on hospital PCs can expose hospital directors, management and employees to criminal and civil claims. In fact, according to The Center for Internet Studies, more than 60 percent of U. S. firms have disciplined – and more than 30 percent have terminated – employees for inappropriate uses of the Internet.

In response to HIPAA and other regulations, many hospitals are upgrading their IT infrastructures and implementing new Web-based applications that are based on WiFi networks. These new technologies can leave hospitals vulnerable to having illegal or in appropriate images more readily downloaded onto hospital PCs. The PixAlert Enterprise software uses patent-pending technology to deliver a powerful multi-source image detection and analysis solution that provides comprehensive protection against inappropriate and illegal images originating from network entry points and PC add-ons. Such sources may include gateways, media, USB ports, 3G cellular and WiFi hotspots. PixAlert EnterpriseÂ’s sensitivity of image monitoring can also be adjusted by each hospitalÂ’s department allowing images that are appropriate for specific departments to be viewed freely.

“Healthcare providers face the same corporate compliance pressures as other companies, and many of their industry regulations are far more stringent,” John Nolan, PixAlert, CEO. “Many hospitals today are struggling to find a balance between unrestricted employee access to the Web for research purposes with compliance of hospital computer usage and HR policies around hostile work environments. PixAlert addresses these issues because it detects inappropriate and illegal electronic images, safeguards against these ‘visual viruses’ originating from any source and seamlessly integrates and supports a hospital’s compliance policies. It is an ideal complement to a hospital’s security infrastructure.”

PixAlert Benefits

Reduces the risk of civil or criminal litigation Enforces “acceptable use” policies to protect the hospital’s reputation Helps to curb inappropriate and costly network traffic and storage requirements Improves productivity and return on Internet investment PC/server-based to mitigate risk associated with out-of-band introduction of material from sources such as WiFi, USB keys, Firewire, DVD, memory sticks. Transparently monitors without impeding technology performance or end-user ability to work

By implementing PixAlert Enterprise or risk assessment service, hospitals can better comply with corporate policies on inappropriate and illegal content. PixAlert helps manage employee computer use effectively, while simultaneously reducing security and legal risks, improving IT resource management, providing a protected working environment and enhancing employee productivity. PixAlertÂ’s unique screen assessment technology delivers non-intrusive content monitoring and the capability to unobtrusively audit suspect computers in the workplace.

PixAlert Enterprise is comprised of PixAlert Monitor and PixAlert Auditor:

PixAlert Monitor

PixAlert Monitor provides multi-source image detection and analysis. It resides on all corporate computer assets, watching screen content for inappropriate or illegal image content. Regardless of the source, when an improper image is viewed, a record is created in a machine specific audit log and an immediate alert is sent to the administrator console. When an alert is received, the designated administrator, who can initiate appropriate action, can view a thumbnail representation of the image, along with the machine name, user name, date-time and the program used.

PixAlert Auditor

PixAlert Auditor provides stored image detection and analysis. It is deployed from a server, run locally on a suspect computer or can be deployed to scan multiple computers on a network. It carries out a full audit scan of the images stored on a corporate computer asset and ranks them on the basis of their inappropriateness. Suspect images, which transgress a pre-defined threshold, are presented to the designated administrator in a user-friendly gallery. The scan provides a full report on its findings and the administrator can add any inappropriate images found to a case file. PixAlert Auditor can also remove inappropriate images stored on computers.

PixAlert Enterprise is available immediately for between $18 to $25/client machine. PixAlert also provides a variety of implementation and auditing services that complement its software offering.

About PixAlert (www. pixalert. com)

PixAlert provides software and services that protect organizations and their staff from the legal ramifications of viewing inappropriate and illegal images ("visual viruses") on workplace computers. Sold exclusively through industry partners, its flagship PixAlert Enterprise provides a powerful image detection and analysis solution that protects against inappropriate material being introduced to enterprise desktops from any source. Unlike gateway-based offerings, PixAlert is PC/server-based to safeguard against Internet, email, CD/DVD, USB key, WiFi and cell phone-derived images. PixAlert Enterprise fosters a more responsible and productive workforce by dramatically reducing non-work related computer activity. It also enables organizations to enforce and measure their compliance with internal policies.

The company's products are used by organizations concerned about costly and disruptive legal, compliance and ethical issues in industries such as healthcare, financial services, high-tech and government. Founded in 1999, and based in Dublin, Ireland, PixAlert has US headquarters in Boston and UK headquarters in London.

M3 Strategy Site Launch: Short Refinance and Loan Modification Experts Serving Homeowners Nationwide

M3 Strategy Site Launch: Short Refinance and Loan Modification Experts Serving Homeowners Nationwide

M3 Strategy debuted a new Web site exhibiting a full suite of services in debt negotiation, loan modifications and short refinancing to help homeowners modify their mortgage loans.

Scottsdale, Arizona (PRWEB) September 1, 2009

In a severe climate of economic uncertainty, tightened lending practices and a battered real estate market arrives a ground-breaking strategy to provide relief for homeowners across the nation. On Aug. 25, M3 Strategy launched a new Web site, debuting a comprehensive collection of homeowner resources and a distinctive boutique of loss mitigation services, including loan modifications and short refinancing.

"M3 Strategy functions on the principle of empowering the American homeowner," said David Reichner, Director of Marketing at M3 Strategy. "Those who approach lenders without competent representation are at an immediate disadvantage. We provide the means for loan modification or a short refinance (http://www. m3strategy. net/blog/faq-short-refinance-loss-mitigation. html), in addition to many other loss mitigation avenues that protect homes and bring peace of mind to families nationwide."

Reichner said that even with President Barack Obama's new loan modification plan, which has reserved $75 billion in federal funds to revise toxic mortgage situations, many American homeowners are thwarted by copious bureaucratic obstacles.

"The abundance of troubled mortgages has all but crippled loss mitigation departments at most lending institutions. These are typically small departments with limited resources. The procedure can be time-consuming and the results are often objectionable. We're here to demystify the loan modification process and get the results homeowners need."

According to Reichner, successful loan modification (http://www. m3strategy. net/) involves a scientific business strategy. "Mortgage modifications need to be structured correctly in order to work. When negotiated properly, loan modification can produce lower interest rates, fewer fees and reduced monthly loan payments. By and large, the result should create a much healthier mortgage situation."

For short refinancing, Reichner said that M3 Strategy navigates the entire process, negotiating with the lender to accept a short payoff that corresponds with the current market value of the property. "For those in good standing with their mortgages, a short refinance is an excellent solution that can help reverse negative equity and lower mortgage payments."

In addition to loan modification and short refinancing (http://www. m3strategy. net/blog/short-refi-defined. html), M3 Strategy offers traditional mortgage services, as well as specialty services in debt negotiation, credit restoration and all forms of loss mitigation. "By design, our services assist homeowners in distress by completely repositioning them in the real estate market," said Reichner. "Those facing loss of equity, financial hardship or any other adverse circumstances can truly find relief."

Reichner also stated that M3 Strategy has numerous resources at their disposal and can address nearly any circumstance. "Whereas other loss mitigation professionals may simply organize the paperwork, M3 Strategy fights for a better resolution. Whether past denial or knee-deep in foreclosure proceedings, help is here."

About M3 Strategy

M3 Strategy (http://www. m3strategy. net/company. html) offers unrivaled solutions for American homeowners, fighting for healthier mortgage situations and viable alternatives to foreclosure. Formed in 2009, with central offices in Scottsdale, Arizona, M3 Strategy is a dedicated team of legal professionals, loss mitigation experts and nationally recognized mortgage professionals who specialize in loan modification and short refinancing. With several years of industry expertise, M3 Strategy is committed to liberating homeowners and providing the peace of mind they deserve.

White Horse Will Present at Online Marketing Summits and Shop. org

Industry experts from White Horse, a digital agency specializing in media convergence, will share Web 2.0 insights at two upcoming conferences. White Horse focuses on understanding a brand's key audiences to build convergence points between the user and the brand.

Portland, Ore. (PRWEB) August 11, 2008

White Horse, a leading digital agency, announced that its leading strategists will be speaking at three upcoming industry events.

White Horse is presenting at two Online Marketing Summit (OMS) Regional Tour events. The summits, which attract 100-200 people per city, offer sessions led by industry experts to help online marketing executives evolve their approaches and programs. Eric Anderson, Director of Agency Services, spoke at the OMS Seattle event on August 7 and Jen Modarelli, CEO, is speaking at the OMS Denver Summit on August 14.

Anderson led a session exploring The Rise of the User: How User-Generated Content is Transforming Integrated Marketing. The Rise of the User offered an insightful perspective on how online user-generated content constitutes an evolutionary step in integrated marketing as well-established brands deepen their relationship with consumers by ceding a degree of brand control.

Ms. Modarelli will speak on Becoming a Persona-Led Organization. The presentation will offer a primer on the role of personas in developing end-to-end integrated marketing strategies.

Leveraging its deep expertise in the retail sector, White Horse, Columbia Sportswear's online agency of record, will also moderate a roundtable at the Shop. org Annual Summit in Las Vegas September 15-17. On August 17, Eric Anderson, Director of Agency Services, will facilitate a roundtable on "Slam-Dunk Improvements to Buyflow Conversion." Shop. org attracts more than 2,000 online and multichannel retails and their service partners for the annual summit and is part of the National Retail Federation.

Ms. Modarelli spoke earlier this year at ExactTarget's Route 1 to 1: the New eMarketing Essentials seminar in Seattle, which White Horse sponsored. She discussed a successful e-mail customization strategy for the Columbia Sportswear e-newsletter.

Photographic Exhibit About Author-Poet Angelou Opens Sept. 21 At SIUE

Photographic Exhibit About Author-Poet Angelou Opens Sept. 21 At SIUE

''Eighty Moods of Maya Angelou,'' a photographic exhibit from Lovejoy Library's Eugene B. Redmond Collection at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, will focus on the poet, educator, performer, and best-selling author Maya Angelou. The exhibit will open at the library Monday, Sept. 21, and will run through the end of October.

Edwardsville, Ill. (Vocus) September 19, 2009

''Eighty Moods of Maya Angelou,'' a photographic exhibit from Lovejoy Library's Eugene B. Redmond Collection at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (http://www. siue. edu/), will focus on the poet, educator, performer, and best-selling author Maya Angelou. The exhibit will open at the library Monday, Sept. 21, and will run through the end of October.

The exhibit is a testament to the rich and enduring friendship between Ms. Angelou and Redmond, professor emeritus of English language and literature at SIUE, said Howard Rambsy II, an assistant professor of English language and literature and curator of the exhibit.

The photographs showcase Dr. Angelou socializing with fellow artists, performing poetry, celebrating achievements with friends and family, and entertaining guests at her home in North Carolina. The vibrant versatility of facial expressions, body language and hand motions that Dr. Angelou assumes in the photographs confirms Dr. Redmond's notion about the 80-plus ''moods of Maya.''

Redmond, who was in the vanguard of the Black Arts Movement of the 1960s, said he has had an enduring friendship with the author-poet. "My friendship with Maya will be 40 years old in 2010," he said. "Maya always called me one of her special brothers. So, I'm excited because we have known each other four decades, and now we will share this ritualed ground together again."

Maya Angelou was born April 4th, 1928, in St. Louis, spending part of her childhood there before moving to Stamps, Ark., where she endured the effects of racial discrimination but began developing a deep awareness of the value and values of black folk culture as well as African American artistic thought.

Over the years, Ms. Angelou increased her interest in the arts, taking up dance, acting, singing, and creative writing. In 1970, her bestselling autobiography, ''I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings,'' was published; since then she has authored dozens of other celebrated books.

"Lovejoy Library's Eugene B. Redmond Collection is one of the greatest post-civil rights collections of African American culture ever assembled," Rambsy said. ''It contains hundreds of books, magazines, rare program booklets and flyers, audio recordings and historic posters.'' The collection also contains more than 150,000 photographs of literary artists, musicians, entertainers, supporters of the arts and political activists, which Dr. Redmond himself has taken over the past four decades.

Speaking about the collection, Redmond points out that SIUE is a fitting place for his work to reside because the University has always been his home, first as a student and then many years later as a faculty member. "While I had offers from other places across the country, I felt SIUE should be the place where my papers and, as the Chancellor says, the place where my legacy should rest. I'm excited my collection is here at SIUE because I'm homegrown, a homegrown kind of guy."

Author, literary historian, and arts organizer, Eugene B. Redmond was named poet laureate of East St. Louis in 1976, the same year that Doubleday published his critical history, ''Drumvoices: The Mission of Afro-American Poetry.'' He also is founder of the Eugene B. Redmond Writers Club in East St. Louis.

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is a nationally recognized public university offering a broad choice of degrees and programs ranging from career-oriented fields of study to the essential, more traditional, liberal arts. At SIUE we offer 44 baccalaureate degrees, 13 post-baccalaureate certificates, 47 master's degrees, 11 post - master's certificates, two first-professional degrees, and one post-first professional certificate. The Reference Desk, a One-Stop Portal for Trusted and Credible Information, Launches Health Information Web Site

The Reference Desk, a One-Stop Portal for Trusted and Credible Information, Launches Health Information Web Site

Aggregated health and medical reference information from the most trusted and credible source -- the United States government.

San Mateo, CA (PRWEB) August 31, 2005

CE Buys, LLC has launched a new web site, The Reference Desk, available at The Reference Desk web site (http://www. the-reference-desk. com). Reference information provided by the US Government is ready available on the Internet but scattered over thousands of web sites and agencies. With so many sources of information, finding what you want can be complicated and very time-consuming. What 'The Reference Desk' has done is combined all the relevant & trusted information from these government web sites and created a one-stop portal for all the information an Internet user ever need. The Internet user can now easily navigate and find time critical information within the web site and not waste time and frustration navigating the complex web of thousands of government web sites.

A May 2005 Report compiled for the Pew Internet & American Life Project found that eight in ten Internet users have looked for health information online, with increased interest in diet, fitness, drugs, health insurance, experimental treatments, and particular doctors and hospitals. Specific diseases and treatments continue to be the most popular topics. But the greatest growth is in seeking information about doctors and hospitals, experimental treatments, health insurance, medicines, fitness, and nutrition. The interest in experimental treatments may be growing as Internet users become aware of the possibilities available to them. Online health seekers were action-oriented and highly purposeful because there was a pressing medical issue for them to address.

In an October 2004 Pew Report, twenty-six percent of American adults have researched prescription drugs online – 21% have personally done so and 5% have had it done for them by someone else. Additionally, forty-five percent of American adults take prescription drugs on a regular basis, 27% occasionally take prescription drugs, and an additional 27% say they never take prescription drugs. In addition, 41% of American adults live with someone who takes prescription drugs on a regular basis.

The Health Reference Desk web site (http://www. the-reference-desk. com/index-health. php) seek to fulfill this insatiable need for Health information and features the following health topics, with much more to come in the following months:

Senior Health (http://www. the-reference-desk. com/health-seniors. php) Health & Wellness (http://www. the-reference-desk. com/health-wellness. php) Disorders & Conditions (http://www. the-reference-desk. com/health-conditions. php) Over-The-Counter Drugs (http://www. the-reference-desk. com/health-otc. php) Prescription Drugs (http://www. the-reference-desk. com/health-drugs. php) Health News (http://www. the-reference-desk. com/health-news. php) Products Recalls (http://www. the-reference-desk. com/health-news. php) FDA Recalls (http://www. the-reference-desk. com/health-fda-recall. php) Product Safety (http://www. the-reference-desk. com/health-product-safety. php) Clinical Trials (http://www. the-reference-desk. com/health-clinical. php) Health Insurance (http://www. the-reference-desk. com/health-insurance. php)

In the following months, we will be launching various other Reference portals including Business & Finance to address the pressing need for information on Fighting Identify Theft, SPAM, The Do-Not-Call Registry, and Free Credit Reports. A preview of The Business Reference Desk web site (http://www. the-reference-desk. com/index-business. php) is currently available in Beta Release.

Estimated 1.6 Million Bankruptcies Questions Effectiveness of Credit Counseling Debt Consolidation as Bankruptcy Alternative

Estimated 1.6 Million Bankruptcies Questions Effectiveness of Credit Counseling Debt Consolidation as Bankruptcy Alternative

With an estimated 1.6 million consumer bankruptcy filings on the horizon, a 2005 federal bankruptcy law favored by banks, aimed to make it harder for consumers to file bankruptcy, is failing. Debt Free League greatly attributes the rapidly escalating level of consumer bankruptcies to the inefficiency of credit counseling debt consolidation plans as as a true bankruptcy alternative.

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) August 15, 2010

In lieu of joining a credit counseling debt consolidation plan, more cash-strapped consumers are opting for bankruptcy. In 2010, consumer bankruptcy filings may exceed 1.6 million, cites the American Bankruptcy Institute. This present sign warns that the aim of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act (BAPCPA), a federal bankruptcy law that was intended to decrease the number of bankruptcies, is seriously backfiring for the banks.

"The nation's increased bankruptcies have produced an oddball effect for credit card companies, which hoped BAPCPA would make it harder for many individuals to get protection from creditors", states Eric Santacruz, Vice President of the debt management company, Debt Free League (http://www. debtfreeleague. com/).

Incredibly, the banking industry spent more than $100 million lobbying for the bankruptcy law according to the New York Times.

However, five years after Congress passed bankruptcy reform, many critics are now questioning if the banks' massive campaigning in Capitol Hill really worked.

Although the year after BAPCPA 598,000 consumer bankruptcy (http://www. debtfreeleague. com/bankruptcy. html) cases were filed, the numbers rapidly snowballed.

By 2008, amid the start of the U. S. economic recession, rampant foreclosures and unemployment radically altered the bankruptcy landscape. Banks and credit card companies, which lost trillions of dollars, became the biggest losers.

By 2009, consumer bankruptcies peaked at 1.41 million, up 32 percent from 2008, according to the National Bankruptcy Research Center. The number also represents the highest level of consumer bankruptcy filings since 2005.

Even business (http://www. debtfreeleague. com/business_debt. html) bankruptcy filings in 2009 saw a 16 percent increase from filings in 2008.

Although the recession has simmered, our economy still has an ugly outlook. Unemployment is still festering in numerous communities. Employers are still doing massive layoffs, or are on a hiring freeze. And in July alone, state and local governments cut 48,000 jobs. Thus, much more consumers will soon be seeking asylum from creditors via bankruptcy courts.

The tense economical climate has caused extreme financial hardships for many families. Sadly, despite receiving government bailouts, the banking industry isn't being too sympathetic.

At best, they're referring people to get help from credit counselors.

It's an eerie afterthought that the same banking institutions that felt the need for bankruptcy reform are the biggest backers of non-profit consumer credit counseling (http://www. debtfreeleague. com/consumer_credit_counseling. html) agencies.

Banks favor these agencies because their debt consolidation approach helps them recover total repayment of a debt's outstanding principal balance. In turn, credit counselors share with banks a fair-share agreement. And for every dollar that they collect from debtors, the profit isn't bad. The fee paid to them by banks can range from 7-15 percent.

However, critics question if this financial relationship is also a healthy marriage for consumers.

Arguably, observing their reported 21 percent completion rate, many consumers that decide to join a debt consolidation plan may be getting the short end of the stick.

Credit counseling works great for people who need minor debt reduction, since the key benefit it provides is interest rate reduction. Otherwise the process generally fails.

In reality, most victims of unemployment or people that have lost considerable income are terrible candidates for the debt consolidation strategy. For a person who is on the verge of bankruptcy, joining a credit credit counseling debt consolidation plan would not be very practical.

Debt Free League cites credit counseling as not being suitable as a bankruptcy alternative because most bankruptcy risks realistically can't avoid bankruptcy by merely reducing interest rates.

In contrast, the company defines debt settlement (http://www. debtfreeleague. com/debt_settlement. html) as a true bankruptcy alternative because it can reduce an entire consumer debt, including the principal balance, interest rate, and fees.

The resulting debt relief allows a consumer, who is struggling to make the minimum payments to pay off debts rapidly and in a more affordable fashion. Conversely, a consumer, who can afford to make the minimum payments, if not more, should consider debt consolidation.

To help insolvent consumers avoid bankruptcy, Debt Free League offers a debt settlement program called the Debt-to-Freedom Plan (http://www. debtfreeleague. com/debt-to-freedom-plan. html).

Instead of creditors running the risk of insolvent consumers discharging their debts via bankruptcy, the debt settlement program negotiates with creditors to accept a lower settlement amount on their outstanding debts.

Santacruz adds, "Participation in a debt settlement program creates an opportunity for consumers to avoid bankruptcy and still reduce up to 60% of their total debt."

Less bankruptcies being discharged also creates a more positive outlook for creditors and the economy.

Mortgage Loans For Everyone

Mortgage Loans For Everyone

Buyers could reduce their monthly payments by as much as $300 per month on a $400,000 loan at six percent interest.

Montreal, Canada (PRWEB) April 10, 2006

Today The Hughes Trustco Group (Xpressterm. com) advised its brokers to discuss longer term life insurance policies for borrowers after Genworth Financial Canada today acted to help potential home buyers with concerns about affording monthly mortgage payments, saying it would begin insuring 30 and 35-year loans.

Buyers could reduce their monthly payments by as much as $300 per month on a $400,000 loan at six percent interest. The principal and interest payment would be $2,559 on a 25-year mortgage, $2,379 on a 30-year mortgage and $2,261 on a 35-year mortgage. "Genworth is committed to introducing innovative products to help Canadians buy homes sooner. Insuring mortgage loans with extended amortization periods will enable buyers to keep monthly costs affordable even as both interest rates and home prices continue to rise." said Peter Vukanovich, President.

Insurance for loans under the new 30- and 35-year mortgage amortization program will include a 0.20% premium surcharge for every five years of amortization beyond the traditional 25-year mortgage period.” While lowering payments, people need to be aware that to pay off the house, they will need a correspondingly larger amount of protection” said Ivon T. Hughes, President of The Hughes Trustco Group. “ Payments stretch out forever into never never land and you need to have enough term life insurance and disability insurance in place in case something happens. This should be of concern to all participants in such mortgages. We always recommend term life insurance in these cases as it is the cheaper and lower payments are what the client is trying to achieve. While term life insurance has no cash value, it provides better value as you have more life insurance coverage for your money.”

About Genworth Financial Canada

Genworth Financial Canada, the Homeownership Company, works with lenders, mortgage brokers, real estate agents and builders to make homeownership more affordable and accessible throughout Canada. The company combines global experience in mortgage insurance with technological and service leadership to deliver innovation to the mortgage marketplace.

The Hughes Trustco Group went online in June 1998 to supply information about life insurance to consumers from all the life insurance companies. The website is visited every day by persons seeking information on term life insurance, disability insurance, critical illness and all forms of life & health insurance. Life insurance quotes are provided from all the companies allowing the client to make an independent assessment.

Respected in the Motocross Field as Physician and Fellow Rider, Dr. Mark Sanders Advises Young Athletes

Respected in the Motocross Field as Physician and Fellow Rider, Dr. Mark Sanders Advises Young Athletes

Dr. Mark Sanders has developed a following of young athletes interested in learning how to avoid serious injury through proper strength training and riding technique. This orthopedic surgeon is an MX rider as well and garnering much respect for his advice.

Houston, TX (PRWEB) June 16, 2005

When not racing along side, Dr. Mark Sanders is advising young MX riders on how to avoid common motocross injuries. Always accessible to his fellow riders, Sanders has earned the respect of motocross athletes across Texas with his unconventional approach to treating injuries that's returning athletes back to their sport faster than traditional treatment - and stronger than many were before.

"It's amazing to me that so many athletes with poor ACL surgeries were simply living with a limp and overall poorer quality of life. This doesn't have to be the case. If they have the desire, we can get them back stronger than they were before. Our ACL athletes are back on their bike, not in a brace, in three months. And back on the bike is where someone with this kind of passion should be," said Sanders.

Dr. Sanders and the Sanders Clinic for Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine is the official healthcare provider of the Houston THQ World Supercross event and a sponsor of the 2005 event at Reliant Stadium.

At this year's event Dr. Sanders spoke to the crowd about a growing problem at local Texas tracks – emergency transport and communication. He explained that a number of accidents resulting in serious injury were complicated by a lengthy transport to a distant hospital or one without proper physicians on staff, because riders were not able to communicate their needs. In order to address this problem, Dr. Sanders advised riders to keep a completed medical ID tag on them at all times – distributing hundreds at the event.

Dr. Sanders also advises MX athletes, through a houstonmotocross. com forum, on the best way to avoid serious injuries when riding - as well as the best reconditioning exercises for minor injuries. He encourages riders to understand that the way they approach a fall during an accident or awkward turn on their bike has everything to do with the type of injury they may sustain.

"A common mistake athletes make is training, or strengthening the primary muscles that their sport requires. If it's legs to support turns, for example, in motor cross riding, they may concentrate on strengthening the quad muscles – though completely ignore the opposing Hamstring muscles. It's important to have proper balance of the muscle groups. Too often this imbalance leads to a vulnerability," said Sanders Clinic Fitness Trainer Ed Nepveux.

A supporter of the Fallen Riders Foundation assisting seriously injured riders and their families, Dr. Sanders and the Sanders Clinic is attracting a growing number of MX riders in Texas because of his innovative accelerated rehabilitation program and approach to knee injuries.

"I had a poor ACL surgery years ago and had to quite riding. When I met other riders who said that Dr. Sanders was able to repair their failed surgeries and get them back on the bike, I went to see him," said former MX rider and dad of a young rider Kevin Sonnier.

"I explained that my wife and I were expecting a baby and I couldn't be off my feet for months like I was with my first surgery. He said I had nothing to worry about, and he was right. I'm still waiting for the baby, and my son and I have already been out riding – that's just five weeks after my surgery!" said Sonnier.

Dr. Sander's ACL Reconstruction procedure is the cornerstone of his clinic and fast gaining attention throughout the United States. Dr. Sanders was listed among H Texas Magazine's Top Docs in 2004. Log onto www. sandersclinic. net for complete program details.

AP9 PrivacyMatters Helps You Get Ready for Tax Time

AP9 PrivacyMatters Helps You Get Ready for Tax Time

AP9 Privacy Matters Provides Tips for Consumers Preparing Their 2006 Tax Returns

Norwalk, CN (PRWEB) January 31, 2007

If it's a new year, it must be time to start finishing up and filing all the paperwork from the previous year -- i. e., tax returns, reports AP9 Privacy Matters (http://www. privacymatters-program. com/), a leading security and privacy membership program offered by Adaptive Marketing LLC.

Even with the constant political wheeling-and-dealing over taxes, the number of tax-related questions never seems to decrease. How much are child credits worth this year? Does time spent as a volunteer coach for a youth soccer team qualify as a charitable deduction? How come IRA contributions made before April 2007 can be counted on 2006 returns but charitable donations made in the same timeframe can't?

Because each tax return is a lot like a snowflake in its unique nature, hiring a qualified, professional tax preparer is often the wisest path toward peace of mind when it comes to tax returns. Still, as the midnight deadline on April 15 starts inching into view, AP9 PrivacyMatters (http://www. businessmax-program. com/BusinessMax_ResourceCenter. html) has a few useful tips for fretful tax filers:

-- Extend the deadline as needed. Taxpayers who can't file their tax returns on time can file for an automatic four-month extension using Form 4868, which is available at IRS district offices and by calling 1-800-TAX-FORM (1-800-829-3676). However, they'll need to file that form with the Internal Revenue Service by April 15 -- AND they'll need to pay at least 90% of their owed taxes by that date to avoid an ongoing monthly fine (equal to 0.5% of the outstanding tax bill).

-- File something by the deadline. It's a crime for anyone who owes taxes not to file a return by April 15. Therefore, even folks who can't pay the taxes they owe should file their returns (or an extension request) by the deadline. The good news is that it's not a crime to file a return without paying the taxes owed. People who do so still face interest charges and other penalties, but they won't face jail time or criminal fines.

-- Pay as much as possible. Even upstanding citizens can run into financial difficulties at tax time. Filers who can't pay the entire tax bill should send in a payment for as much of the tax bill as they can afford to pay, then speak with an IRS agent as quickly as possible to explain their situation. For a one-time user fee of $43, partial-payment filers can set up an Installment Agreement with the IRS to cover their outstanding debt, using Form 9465. A caveat: Installment Agreements typically include interest and penalty fees.

-- Know your rights. Taxpayers have the right to review IRS decisions that affect them, as well as the right to representation by a lawyer, a CPA, and/or other qualified advocates. For a complete list of taxpayer rights, visit www. irs. gov and enter "taxpayer rights" into the search engine.

AP9 Privacy Matters encourages its members to visit PrivacyMatters. com to order an updated single bureau credit report before filing their tax returns. Access to unlimited, single bureau credit reports and scores and continual credit monitoring are just some of the financial safeguards enjoyed by members of AP9 PrivacyMatters.

Paola Picasso, Pilates and Who? De Porres Enters Health & Beauty Market; New Program for So Many Women Not Into Sex

A Chicago health entity plans to make its latest program a key component of health and beauty services. For many woman the practice may offer the solution for Female Sexual Arousal Disorder. The newly formatted no-Pill program lets the body experience renewed libido and a whole lot more. De Porres uses the latest in ovulation science to help women achieve this as a part of a normal daily routine.

Elmwood Park, IL (PRWEB) August 27, 2010

CS editor Korey Karnes Huyler once stated that given her choice of all the themes her trendy publication covers, she would take health and beauty as a full-time endeavor—it is a given. All the allure of fashion is meaningless without good health and fitness—and underlying all that may well be a woman’s sense of libido.

But lack of sex drive appears more common in women than most realize. The American Medical Association has estimated that several million U. S. women suffer from what doctors call “female sexual arousal disorder” (FSAD). Having orgasms may not be the problem. Rather, they have no real desire to have sex and their minds are not turned on by the prospect of lovemaking. For a large number of these numbed females, oral contraceptives may be to blame.

Loss of libido is a well-known side-effect of oral contraceptives in some women. And it is listed in the leaflet on the contraceptive pill handed out by the Family Planning Association. But the research suggests the effect might be long lasting or even permanent in some cases.

This is where the De Porres Clinic comes in. Simply stated, a woman’s sexuality can benefit from non-steroidal methods of reproductive management. The De Porres Center program uses the most recent ovulation technology to achieve a more natural method of reproductive control. This eliminates the need for extensive use of steroidal contraceptives and the frequently reported side effect of lost libido. The method has been perfected over a fifty-year period and has been used in over 120 countries worldwide. Residency programs in the U. S. have started to incorporate the method as part of the training regimen.

Like most services that deal with sensitive, personal health issues, e. g. plastic surgery, psychiatry, etc., the De Porres Center follows strict privacy protocols: no waiting rooms, no email lists, no records of phone queries.

But, as De Porres’ Mike Lennon points out, “All women can benefit from natural planning methods, but not all causes of libido are ascribable to steroid use,” which is why the libido-restoring boutique resorts to a medical history before working with a patient. Patients are encouraged to seek physician advice for any medical problems that become apparent.

Does the contraceptive pill, celebrated for liberating women's sexuality, actually do the opposite? Not everyone agrees, and further study is needed. But for women who want to revitalize their sex life, De Porres seems to promise a chance for renewed exuberance and protection of fertility, especially since some American researchers have warned that women who take the Pill may even experience a permanent decline in sexual desire.

“Just like accepted exercise programs and beauty regimens, contraceptive-free programs offer great benefit for many women,” the Center claims. A rewarding sexual experience is an important part of a fulfilled life; the loss of enjoyment and satisfaction that a good sex life brings has untoward effects including poor self-esteem and relationship difficulties. These, in turn, affect a woman’s home and work life.

Adding a Californian twist to Las Vegas property investment

Adding a Californian twist to Las Vegas property investment

California style, luxury mixed-use living has arrived in Las Vegas to add a new dimension to what is now the fastest growing property market in the US.

Sheffield, UK. (PRWEB) October 11, 2006

the exciting new element introduced to the booming Las Vegas investment property market provides a welcome alternative to the traditional high-rise condos associated with ‘The Strip’ and low-rise single family houses which comprise the bulk of residential rental property in the city, where house prices have grown by 106% since 2000.*

Conceived by award winning architects in the original homes of mixed use living like San Diego and San Francisco, developments such as Durango Lofts not only offer five star accommodation but also boutiques, designer shopping, restaurants, gymnasiums, pools and health spas, all with the support of strong rental and management packages.

Situated in the much sought after southwest suburbs of the city, these developments of top quality design and construction are neighbour to many of the famous and wealthy of Las Vegas and Los Angeles, in addition to the Sultan of Brunei whose estate is only half a mile away.

This type of luxury lifestyle living is expected to appeal to discerning investors including young executives, doctors or other professionals, who have to date had little choice in the residential rental market and are looking to join the growing number of people relocating from across the US, most particularly from California.

For further information about how you can benefit from the exciting potential of this latest investment opportunity contact Peter Treherne or visit http://www. independenceproperties. co. uk (http://www. independenceproperties. co. uk). Durango Lofts, the latest opportunity, is selling out fast.

Finding a New Doctor Becoming More Difficult for Medicare Recipients Says MedicareSupplementPlans. com

Finding a New Doctor Becoming More Difficult for Medicare Recipients Says MedicareSupplementPlans. com

The American College of Physicians estimates the number of internists will decline by 2025, and the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission indicates finding a new primary physician became more difficult for seniors—meaning that Medicare recipients should consider shopping early for the best doctor.

Los Angeles, CA (Vocus) May 27, 2009

According to MedicareSupplementPlans. com: For some Medicare recipients, the search for a new primary care physician has become more difficult, according to a 2008 survey conducted by the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC). Compounding this trend is an estimate from the American College of Physicians (ACP) that there won’t be enough internists to go around by 2025. The ACP also indicates that current internists are becoming less willing to accept new Medicare patients.

According to Alan Weinstock, an insurance agent at MedicareSupplementPlans. com (http://www. medicaresupplementplans. com/), many physicians are opting out of Medicare due to low reimbursement rates and too much paperwork. With all these trends converging at once, Weinstock believes Medicare recipients need to shop early to find the best doctor—before they turn 65.

“The impact on seniors of physicians opting out of the Medicare program hasn’t been a serious problem yet,” said Weinstock. “But if large numbers of physicians join the group that is opting out, it may be difficult for seniors to have access to affordable health care.”

This is why it is important for the 40 million Americans who have Medicare insurance to start early in their hunt for a physician who has not opted out of Medicare. It is equally important that seniors take the time to determine the best Medicare supplement insurance coverage, since Medicare often does not cover all health care costs.

Robert Dowell of Visalia, Calif., understands full well the need to have someone knowledgeable when searching for the best Medicare supplement plan. “It’s traumatic turning 65 and entering an unknown area of new healthcare. So many questions…wondering if you asked the correct ones and were given all the correct facts.” But Dowell found all the answers he needed at MedicareSupplementPlans. com (http://www. medicaresupplementplans. com/) and says that now he “has a clear path on how to control my health needs.”

Internet Software Unexpectedly Falls Ill

Internet Software Unexpectedly Falls Ill.

“An obsolete Internet standard software is nearing a quick natural death attributed to old age.” says MyCommunityLink. com company President, John Tummolo.

(PRWEB) January 14, 2005

Abb Abbiel, LLC., the Internet company behind the increasingly-popular MyCommunityLink. com brand, announced non-secure unreliable Email-based software everywhere has unexpectedly fallen ill.

“Email as the continued accepted communications standard is nearing a natural death attributable to old age.” says company President, John Tummolo. "Its near passing is greatly anticipated by most everyone. Frustration with email-based systems has reached critical mass. Everybody is fed up with fake ‘spoofed’ unknown email message senders. Everyone is still hounded by infectious SPAM even after a massive dose of government regulation attempted to cure the email-based systems ailment. Everyone has slowly witnessed the erosion of reliable email primary functions. People can no longer reliably trust email attachments, view images or accept HTML-formatted content for fear of introducing a virus infection to their PC. To regain some functionality they are forced to pay for massive doses of anti-viral software.”

"For the longest time email was mistakenly thought of as a healthy free-spirited capability. It was never really free. Now Email is a tired costly hassle. People need to worry about having their personal email address book secrets divulged. Everyone has difficulties simply identifying evolving email contact information. Dealing with large membership groups is virtually impossible. Email memberships can not communicate reliably when every member lacks fresh up-to-the-minute contact information. Email list servers are often for unilateral message rant distributions. People resent being forced to care for downloading, installing, configuring and updating email messaging software using their time. When email users access an alien PC they are unrecognized and do not have access to their personal email configurations. Their mobility is restricted so they can not easily use any PC to access their email messaging capability. Once email messaging software is downloaded to their PC they are forced to manage the slow and annoying software update processes. If they use another PC they do not have use of their email address book. If they want to use another PC they are forced to re-iterate, specify and re-configure their email servers. People are repeatedly frustrated and exhausted when told they do not recall and understand obscure technical details about email security including digital certificates. The list of illnesses goes on and on. Even web mail is non-secure. Imagine trying to use these out-dated email-based systems for secure membership communications. Each member may encounter numerous and frequent obstacles making viability of communicating via email-based systems an unwieldy house-of-cards." says Mr. Tummolo.

“That is why the new MyCommunityLink. com secure community messaging solution is quickly becoming the leading way Internet users securely communicate. It simply eliminates the vast array of issues email users are unreasonably expected to manage and understand. Our solution simply delivers consistent and reliable messaging functionality without unreasonably expecting users to care for, manage, and understand its maintenance and upkeep. Our software places the PC back under the direct command of users who have slowly been dragged into subservient positions as unpaid ailing software care technicians by aging email-based software companies” says Mr. Tummolo. “People want pure healthy computing again, not PCs requiring constant round-the-clock care, coddling and tweeking.”

“The last thing email messaging software users want are weak claims email ‘fights’ SPAM and viruses for that secure ‘feeling.’ People want security, not a ‘feeling’ of security. People want SPAM and viruses to be eliminated by design, along with the elimination of the long list of other email ailments. Can you blame them? When did it become impossible to provide healthy hassle-free email messaging software? Who convinced everyone problematic non-secure aging email should be upheld as the Internet standard because it’s cheap?" asks Mr. Tummolo. "First of all, email is not cheap or free. Even most web mail systems require you to provide a valid email address. Therefore, most web mail is not cheap or free either. You have to pay someone a significant fee just to get an ISP email address in order to get web mail. Therefore, with these aging hassle-riddled email-based systems you pay an ISP fee, you pay for virus protection, you also pay with your time, inconvenience and frustration.” says Senior Marketing Representative, Mr. Jon Roberts.

“It’s not cool for people to pay to adopt ailing email systems and hassles. It’s not cool to claim ailing email and web mail is free or cheap. That spells fresh new opportunity for us.” says Mr. Tummolo. “Once cool people begin to realize they have been paying to adopt ailing email hassles they start running to visit MyCommunityLink. com to see how superior, healthy, secure and hassle-free messaging mobility works. In 2005 our successful secure community messaging solution will be rewarded for its continued ability to provide turnkey hassle-free secure community messaging capabilities ‘as usable as a bread toaster.’ Our solution has been designed to avoid hassles and ailments. You may ask, 'How did a bread toaster get mentioned?' Well, most anyone can approach any bread toaster and make toast successfully. Why? Bread toaster users are not expected to be electrical engineers or nurses who coddle and manipulate the toaster to function. The same ease-of-use is now demanded by our secure community messaging users. The proven ability of our company to deliver viable secure community messaging software meeting such expectations and demands will fuel our wave of success in 2005" says Mr. Tummolo.

MyCommunityLink. com is the primary example of this new metamorphosis to pure functional ailment-free computing. Computers were intended to aid humankind, not to hinder and enslave them. As more and more people discover the pure-computing messaging capabilities of MyCommunityLink. com they flock to our site to subscribe. People want reliable secure community messaging function lacking email hassles. They just ‘want to make toast’. They refuse to continue being encumbered with a plethora of technical issues. They refuse to be arrogantly expected to understand and subsequently manage messaging software. Our secure community messaging solution simply allows just about anyone to instantly realize immediate and reliable trouble-free secure communications functionality, without adopting hassles. MyCommunityLink is the new beginning of reliable, problem-free online communications. We call our capability secure community messaging. With at least one community in all fifty States, we are now well-positioned to succeed in furthering the pervasive acceptance of our ‘toaster-like’ technology in 2005. That’s very exciting.” says Mr. Tummolo. A round-the-clock vigil will be held for Email at an undisclosed location.

About the Solution

When using the Internet to communicate there's a big difference between "feeling" secure and being secure. Be secure with the MyCommunityLink (MCL) "bank like" SSL-secure community messaging center. It is used by members of private communities for trusted communications while avoiding the headaches with email, web mail, restricted messaging, a forum, a bulletin board, a chat room, a web site or a blog. With our solution, members simply join a community name to reach others in their community participating from the convenience of other Internet-ready PCs. The only "secure messaging technology" our members need to manage is their member ID and password (assigned during enrollment). Unlike other messaging systems, our members are not forced to own a PC, download, install, configure, update and manage pesky messaging software. Our members do not have to own an email address, accept cookies, manage digital IDs and "passports", or even subscribe to an Internet service connection provider (aka, "ISP"). For example, they may access this service from a library or friend's PC. Our members simply use this solution as easily as if they were "making toast in any toaster." Priced at only $4.99 per monthly membership, our service is quickly becoming the "big bang for the buck" community members can actually "see, touch and feel." The MyCommunityLink team fully-supports the solution 24/7 combining security, convenience and support. Activate your community today. Then you can invite others and start linking your community together via "the touch of a button."

What is secure community messaging?

Secure means the information our members transmit and receive from their private community message center is unreadable as it travels across the public Internet. Community means members of a private community share the message center. Unlike personal messaging inboxes, secure community messaging users share the same information when accessing the community's message center. They may also send messages, announce events, conduct surveys and place content for viewing by the entire community. It synchronizes active members, information, communications and history. It eliminates the problem of maintaining and distributing up-to-the-minute member contact information to specific PCs. All of these issues are seamlessly managed by our high-performance servers and databases. Our solution also includes a superior "one member-to-selected member(s)" secure messaging capability. Targeted messages can be sent to selected members within the member's community (intra) and/or to members in other MCL communities (inter). Unlike other messaging software, our solution makes it impossible for any non-member to send messages or view content from any private community. Our solution eliminates message SPAM and viruses. In addition, no person can fake or "spoof" who sent a message. MyCommunityLink eliminates these common irritating issues often encountered with other messaging software. Messaging means our users are able to conveniently and reliably communicate without persistent obstacles. They are not constantly hassled by an arrogant expectation they should continually struggle to accommodate and manage "complex" issue-riddled messaging software.
