Logix SmartWORKS cards, offers a superior call monitoring and recording solution. TeleFlow(R) CallCapture provides the means to record, store, evaluate, and help improve customer experiences - all included as customizable components in this powerful telephony application.

Ideal for call center, financial, legal, government, public safety, health care and general business applications, TeleFlow(R) CallCapture will ensure calls are recorded and available for review. TeleFlow(R) CallCapture includes a feature-rich graphical interface, flowchart-based call rules definition environment, customizable search and storing capabilities, live monitoring over TCP/IP, an advanced archiving application, and many other valuable ools.

TeleFlow(R) CallCapture works in conjunction with enGenic's TeleFlow(R) Suite to offer a visual environment ith which to customize the monitoring solution. This application enables calls to be recorded full time or based on user-defined, customizable schedules, agent IDs, as well as defined DNIS and ANI information.

TeleFlow(R) CallCapture is designed specifically to work with Ai-Logix SmartWORKS hardware, which feature hi-impedance passive tap recordings and DSP based media resources. Dedicated onboard DSPs allow for simultaneous recordings of up to 60 channels per card or 240 channels per system. When combined with TeleFlow(R) CallCapture, Ai-Logix SmartWORKS voice cards have monitoring and recording support for radio, digital robbed bit signaling, ISDN, and loop-start analog protocols.
