With "SuperKid" Contest Deadline Approaching FLAVORx to Announce Celebrity Judging Panel
FLAVORx's first annual "SuperKid" Contest deadline for nominations is April 30th, 2006. At this time, the company will officially announce the line-up of its celebrity judging panel. The panel will include representatives in athletics, charity, health, government and beauty.

Following the announcement of the FLAVORx "SuperKid" Contest on February 17th, the company reports that it has received an overwhelming number of nominations of children from all walks of life, all ages and from all over the country. President and CEO, Kenny Kramm, notes that, “The SuperKid Contest has been a truly rewarding and fun project for the company. It’s the highlight of my day to read the unique nominations and see all the great photos that come through. I have no idea how the panel is ever going to choose just one child!”
With the April 30th deadline fast approaching, FLAVORx will soon reveal the celebrity judging panel it has enlisted to help determine the winner. In one aspect, the panel will be similar to "American Idol" by touting the supportiveness of Paula Abdul. Rest assured however, that the panel will steer clear from the candor of Simon Cowell. Though the details have yet to be released, clues indicate that the panel will be comprised of judges from diverse backgrounds, and will include professional athletes from the NFL, NASCAR, Major League Baseball and Major League Soccer, representatives from Children’s Hospitals and charities such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, representatives from "The Miss Teen America Pageant" and Donald Trump's "Miss USA Pageant", and government leaders.
Time still remains to enter the contest. The winner will be featured on nationwide FLAVORx marketing materials for one year and receive a $1,000 college scholarship and roundtrip flight to Washington, DC.
