Getting "Live" with Facial Fillers

Getting "Live" with Facial Fillers

Beverly Hills, CA (PRWEB) July 21, 2005

Plump lips, smooth, beautiful faces - but at what price? In the last 3 years, various cosmetic fillers have been FDA approved and their demand among the public has skyrocketed. But even the most popular fillers such as Restylane, Hylaform and Captique are temporary, lasting only 4-6 months. Other plastic filler materials are often palpable, cause inflammation or infection, and have a firm, unnatural feel.

In a study of 150 patients over a three year period, Brent Moelleken, MD, FACS a nationally-renowned board certified plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills found that using his trademarked LIVE FILLJ procedure, the patients obtained PERMANENT results.

“Unlike fat injection, where most of the injected cells are damaged and do not “take,” LIVE FILL cells are fully alive when they are placed into the aging area and continue to live as they normally would, so they yield permanent results,” Dr. Moelleken explained. No idle words here: Dr. Moelleken has studied both fat injection and LIVE FILL cells under a microscope and with 3-D imaging to prove his point.

During a LIVE FILL procedure, Dr. Moelleken makes a small incision in the lower abdominal area and removes tissue, creating what looks like a fine “string of pearls” consisting 100 percent of the patient’s own tissues (no plastic or artificial materials are used). These strings are then placed into lips and underneath facial wrinkle lines. LIVE FILL can be used in any area on the face that needs volume restored.

LIPS, SMILE LINES, CHEEKS, CHEEBONES, even within the BROW are all areas that can be plumped and filled—naturally. The entire procedure takes from 45 minutes to 2 hours to perform and requires little recuperation time, typically a long weekend.

“In all patients in our series,” Dr. Moelleken says, “you can feel the soft LIVE FILL years later: the LIVE FILL survived in every patient.”

Dr. Moelleken notes that the use of grafted materials in plastic surgery is actually a tried and true technique, but the grafts to date have been large and bulky for the precise placement now possible with his trademarked LIVE FILL process. And LIVE FILL cannot be rejected by the body, because it comes from the patient themselves.

DonÂ’t plan on running to your plastic surgeon to get LIVE FILL yet! Dr. MoellekenÂ’s work has just been accepted for presentation at the American Society of Plastic Surgery International meeting to be held this September in Chicago.

Dr. Moelleken has several pre-selected patients willing to be featured in print media or on camera for LIVE FILL interviews. He is also available for selected interviews with print or television media prior to the presentation of his material to the scientific societies.
